I think so - for example I think many philosophers, theologians would say that value can be directly perceived/experienced - that our experience of something having value is "inner" or "subjective," but very real nonetheless.

It's all of it - subjective, objective, verifiable by others and not verifiable - hallucinations are real hallucinations, just not real outside of us. This is why the theories of truth are relevant - real for whom, for what purpose, etc.
